Apartment Pavone

The apartment Pavone takes its name from the peacock. – In fact you’ll find a terracotta-peacock which lingers on top of the ancient travertine flight of steps, leading to the private terrace and the entrance. The Pavone has a living area of (56m²) and it’s located on the house’s sun-rising side with a beautiful view. It was renovated in 2008 in typical Tuscan style.

The living room with integrated kitchen is comfortably furnished and fully equipped… – you’ll find a 4-burner gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, an espresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Further there is a dining table and a big couch with double bed function. Beside the living area there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The children’s bedroom provides a double bed with the width of 140cm and an empor-bed with the same measures. The main bedroom hosts a big double bed. The bathroom includes a spacey mosaic-tiled shower with seating bench, WC, bidet and hair dryer. Please note that the fireplace shown in the photos is not working.

On the 32m² private panorama-terrace which comes with a sun sail, sunbeds, outdoor furniture and rotary dryer, you’ll find your relax and you will feel the temptation to dine there, having some good barbecue on the charcoal grill.

Free joint use of the house’s panoramic biopool (saltwater – approx. 8,55 x 5,00m, 1,20 m depth – varying on climate conditions the pool area is released from beginning / mid of May up to mid of October). The beautiful garden area surrounding the villa is shared by all guests and trumps with other terraces, a fish pond, a playground and a barbecue site.

Free private parking places are directly beside the house.
