Die VILLA CASA RIPI<\/strong> liegt zwischen Siena und Volterra, 5 km vom mittelalterlichen D\u00f6rfchen Radicondoli entfernt, ruhig aber nicht abgeschieden. Willkommen inmitten einer der bezauberndsten Landschaften im Herzen der Toskana und kulturell reichsten Gegenden Italiens. Durch ihre Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr alle Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten und Sightseeingtouren. <\/p>\n

Von uns aus erreicht man mit dem Auto in nur 25-40 Minuten St\u00e4dte wie Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle di Val d\u2019Elsa, Poggibonsi, Monteriggioni, Montieri oder Massa Marittima. Die \u201eBastei ohne Dach\u201c von San Galgano und die Thermalquellen von Petriolo liegen \u201egleich um die Ecke\u201c. In einer knappen Stunde erreicht man auch das Meer bei Follonica oder Florenz. Das Chianti-Gebiet ist ebenfalls in ca. 30 Autominuten zu erreichen. <\/p>\n

Schon im Altertum war das \u201eCasa Ripi\u201c Gasthaus und Herberge, da es an der alten Pilger- und Salzstra\u00dfe von Volterra nach Siena liegt. Auch der Weinanbau war hier von Erfolg gekr\u00f6nt, denn durch die au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich sonnige Lage wurde der Wein zum geschmackvollsten und gehaltvollsten der ganzen Gegend. Die Adelsfamilien aus Siena reisten hierher, um den au\u00dferordentlichen Wein f\u00fcr Ihre Festtage anzukaufen. <\/p>\n

Das aus dem 10. Jahrhundert stammende Bauernhaus wurde von unserer Familie nach alten \u00dcberlieferungen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufwendig renoviert. Das Haus bietet in der 1. Etage eine in Stil und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Ferienwohnung f\u00fcr bis zu 8 Personen, mit Panorama-Dachterrasse (S\u00fcdwestlage). Im Erdgeschoss gibt es 1 weiteres Apartment f\u00fcr 2-3 Personen mit einer Weinpergola, sowie 2 Apartments f\u00fcr bis zu 5, bzw. bis zu 6 Personen. Die au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Aussicht vom H\u00fcgel auf dem unsere Villa thront, erschlie\u00dft die in der Landschaft liegenden Bauernh\u00f6fe und Ortschaften wie Radicondoli, Monteguidi, Montecastelli und Pomarance. <\/p>\n

Alle Apartments verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen separaten Eingang sowie eine private Terrasse mit sch\u00f6ner Aussicht. Im park\u00e4hnlichen Garten gibt es mehrere Terrassen und Liegepl\u00e4tze zur Nutzung f\u00fcr alle G\u00e4ste, einen Grillplatz, einen Panorama-Biopool (Salzwasser \u2013 ca. 8,5 x 5,0 m, 1,20 m tief \u2013 ca. von Mitte Mai bis Ende September ge\u00f6ffnet) und einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz, mit Rutsche, Kinderschaukel und Sandkasten. <\/p>\n
